I treat children and adolescents as well as women and men across all ages, according to the principles of classical homeopathy, extended by the Sensation- and Evolution method.

My practice focusses on the physical level: neurological and autoimmune disorders, brain development and developmental disorders as well as neurological diversity: high sensitivity/neurosensitivity, ADD, ADHD, autism spectrum/ASS.

In the psychological field: anxiety and panic disorders, depression, exhaustion, emotion regulation, tic disorders, compulsions and phobias, addictive behaviour, eating and sleep disorders and trauma. I am particularly interested in the topic of growing up with mentally ill parents.

I also offer counselling for young people and adults in times of crisis – for example after a serious illness, accident, job loss, separation, heartbreak, death and loss of parents, partner or child.

My work approach is fundamentally integrative – taking medication does not preclude simultaneous homeopathic counselling and vice versa.

Course of a treatment

Every illness has its own dynamics. My job is it to recognize this energy pattern and to convert it into a suitable homeopathic remedy.

In acute diseases, the effect of a remedy should be rapid and gentle. Prolonged chronic complaints require a detailed Anamnesis which can take up to two hours for adult patients and one hour for children. In addition to the current state, previous ailments and diseases in the family history are examined.

Follow-up consultations at intervals of four to six weeks are useful for assessing the course of the disease, but the frequency always depends individually on the type of disease and the course of therapy.

In acute crisis situations, I offer support for young people and adults in the form of weekly sessions over a clearly defined period of time.

My work is bound by confidentiality – everything, which is being discussed and reported during a consultation, is confidential.
